Although we have grown consistently over the years - from a team of 3 in 2012 to 150+ full time members in 2023, we have proactively ensured that never compromise on our core values.

Meet the 2 Founders
Asim and Adam Bawani
Adam: an artist at heart with a flair for design, a knack for organizing things and a pro at managing projects. Besides being involved in the operations at Codup, he is exploring the uncharted territory of web 3.0 and is one of its pioneers in his hometown.
Asim: a hard-core problem solver with a rare skill of effectively communicating with both technical and business leaders. He believes that technology exists to improve business results - and so, if a scrappy solution can solve a problem, he will advise his clients to get that and save massive CapEx instead of building a complex solution just for the sake of it.
It All Started... Back in 2012
After trying out things on their own, they joined forces and started Codup in 2012 with the mission to revolutionize the delivery of software development and to create a workplace their people could call ‘home’. By bringing diverse backgrounds and perspectives to the table, Asim and Adam gave Codup a competitive edge. Their unique experiences and complementary skills allow Codup to approach challenges from multiple angles, resulting in innovative solutions and a strong market position. From a one-member team, they have grown sustainably over the years and are now a team of 150+ with offices in US, UAE, Sweden and Pakistan.
