Codup Launches a B2B Price & Availability Checker That Puts Real-Time Pricing and Stock in Every Customer’s Hands
Codup, a B2B eCommerce and systems integration agency, introduced its Price & Availability Checker, a mobile-first progressive web app built for distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers that sell on account-specific pricing. The tool closes a long-standing gap in B2B commerce: customers can finally see their own negotiated prices and live stock online, instead of calling or emailing a rep for every quote.
Unlike a standard online store, the Price & Availability Checker shows each account its own catalogue and contract pricing the moment it signs in. Each account’s commercial terms travel with it, including order minimums, minimum order values, and price breaks, so self-service orders still follow the deal that was agreed.
Customers can also check real stock across every branch before they order, then add or request items to generate a clean order document that lands directly with their assigned rep, ready to share or save as a PDF.
Reps use the same tool. They can select any customer, see exactly what that customer sees, and place orders on their behalf, making one tool serve both self-service and assisted ordering. Administrators keep full control: list prices, stock visibility, and entire features can be switched on or off, with the storefront updating for everyone instantly.
